Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and goals.
  • Implement and configure Adobe Analytics solutions, including tagging, tracking, and data collection.
  • Develop custom JavaScript code for tracking events, variables, and e-commerce transactions.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics implementation and data discrepancies.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital analytics.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding Adobe Analytics implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation

  • Experience with AEP, Launch, and other tag management systems

  • Experience with GA4 and GTM

  • Strong understanding of web analytics, data collection, and data governance best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Architect, develop, and oversee the execution of comprehensive Adobe Analytics implementation plans.
  • Implement and manage advanced analytics tags, including page-level, event-level, and custom variables using AEP, Launch, and multiple tag management systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of data captured via Adobe Analytics.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support to clients on Adobe Analytics, AEP, Launch, and additional tag management systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Adobe Analytics implementation.
